Occasionally we will hold preorders.

Below are some of the facts that you may need to know about preorders.

WHAT DOES PREORDER MEAN?

Preorder means that the colour isn’t ready to ship just yet, you’re purchasing it in advance while I make it! 
It’s a great way to secure your favourite colours before they’re officially restocked.

HOW LONG WILL MY PREORDER TAKE?

This varies depending on the time needed. 
If you're ordering a preorder item, you'll find the estimated timeframe listed right on the product page.
Just a heads-up — some colours might take a bit longer than others, so it’s always a good idea to check each listing carefully so that you know exactly what to expect.

WHAT IF I ORDER OTHER ITEMS TOO? WILL THEY SHIP SEPARATELY?

No they wont, your order is only shipped when everything is ready to go.
If you would like something urgently, feel free to place a separate order for ready-to-ship items, these ship out in 1-3 days usually.

WILL I GET A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION WHEN IT'S SENT?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

WILL I BE UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

It's a one person show over here when it comes to admin tasks, so while I’d love to send regular progress updates, I simply don’t have the time :(

If for some reason there is an issue with your order or its going to be later than anticipated, I will absolutely reach out, otherwise expect your order to ship within the timeframe given.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY PREORDER?

Most times this is possible, please send an email with your order number and request. I'll let you know ASAP if it can be done.
